We are looking to recruit an Account Executive to join our expanding team. This role would suit a recent university leaver, looking to gain entry into an Account Management or Sales role within the finance industry.
- The first point of contact for potential Funding Circle borrowers
- Handling initial enquiries received via inbound calls and emails
- Qualifying leads and recording on a CRM system
- Following up on good quality leads to maximise conversion
- Managing the handover of good quality leads to Account Managers
- A desire to work in Account Management or Sales
- Knowledge of the finance industry would be advantageous but not essential
- Strong business acumen and the enthusiasm to learn about the finance industry
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Dynamic and KPI-driven
- Quick to learn, understand, and explain complex concepts and products
- IT literate with great attention to detail
There is great scope to progress within the company, with the opportunity for suitable candidates to move into an Account Management position.
